About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for internal AI infrastructure tailored to enterprise operations
  • Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents and advanced RAG systems
  • Create and deploy enterprise patterns, guardrails, and AI architectures across engineering and non-engineering functions
  • Replace manual toil and high-friction processes with reusable platform components and AI agents
  • Build AI-driven semantic layers and integrate agentic AI/ML capabilities through API, MCP, and CLI techniques
  • Establish LLM evaluation pipelines and guardrails for data privacy, compliance, and zero-hallucination reporting thresholds
  • Partner with internal champions and partners to drive behavioral adoption
  • Translate strategically between data engineering teams, corporate finance executives, legal teams, and business unit leaders
  • Bridge business users and infrastructure or engineering teams to refine product strategy
  • Demonstrate human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
  • Must be able to work without new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
  • Proficiency in human-centered product management
