About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve Capital One's Workplace Experience Platform
Define and steward the end-to-end platform strategy across the Consolidate, Connect, and Anticipate roadmap phases
Direct a product team focused on business value, prioritization, and aligned solution delivery
Champion Intranet Web and Mobile (One Place) adoption and transformation through workforce enablement programs
Establish governance protocols across lines of business
Consolidate disparate AI initiatives and build a cohesive ecosystem
Connect internal data and workflows to associate tools including One Place, Slack, Gemini, and Claude
Establish associate identity, workflow rules, and approval tasks within a governed, scalable platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of Product Management experience
At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
Preferred: Product expertise with generative AI products such as Claude, Gemini, and Glean
Preferred: Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols
Preferred: Track record defining long-term digital strategy, roadmap prioritization, and governance standards to manage risk
Preferred: Experience managing product management teams and mentoring senior-level direct reports
Preferred: Strong background serving as liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and senior executive leadership
Preferred: Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns for emerging technologies
