About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for core OneStream platform capabilities across Capital One
Build an ecosystem enabling speed, user delight, and value creation
Manage a high-performing product team
Define and build modern self-service, automation, and agentic capabilities
Partner with technology, design, risk, and other horizontal teams
Define the long-term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream data pipeline platform portfolio
Champion next-generation product feature execution using product management and data platform foundations
Inspire and coach product managers
Influence customers across major lines of business and partner teams including technology, architecture, design, analytics, and risk management
Demonstrate human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of Product Management experience
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and technical engineering partners

Preferred: 3+ years of people leadership experience
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments
