About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a product team spanning Capital One's Machine Learning and AI platforms
Own capabilities enabling associates to train and serve models and Generative/Agentic AI applications
Define Generative AI and ML Platform vision and strategy
Continuously evolve AI/ML platforms while maintaining a high-quality user experience
Partner with adjacent platform leaders to maintain a cohesive, integrated enterprise platform ecosystem
Unlock business value and generate real-time, intelligent customer experiences
Set product strategy and priorities based on technical understanding and user experience
Drive adoption of Generative AI, including Agentic AI
Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of Product Management experience
Proven history of building products and experiences for data scientists and software developers
Domain expertise in AI/ML technologies for Data Scientists
Familiarity with emerging infrastructure and autonomous multi-agent systems for Generative AI application development
Several years as a technical Product Manager and leader of a product management team
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
7+ years of experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale
3+ years of experience in people leadership
5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments embracing public cloud (e.g., AWS) and open source technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark, Ray, LangChain)
3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products
Experience in AI Risk Management
Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
