About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Redefine how innovation, security, and velocity intersect across Capital One’s cloud-native technology ecosystem
- Champion a unified product vision across Service Enablement, Enterprise Architecture, and a centralized Policy-as-Code Platform
- Expand secure access to cloud capabilities
- Streamline application approvals and embed architectural best practices
- Drive continuous, automated discovery and enforcement of technical standards
- Reimagine governance into intuitive “paved roads” that enable engineering teams to build quickly and safely
- Lead and empower Product Managers serving developers, risk officers, and cybersecurity partners
- Leverage AI to accelerate policy discovery, automate architecture reviews, and deliver predictive risk insights
- Drive platform adoption and developer velocity
- Bridge technology, risk, and executive leadership
- Establish outcomes demonstrating that enterprise governance and rapid delivery can coexist
- Develop talent and shape engineering leadership at scale
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- 5 years working with products or platforms serving a software developer or engineer-centric customer base
- 5 years working with products with regulatory, risk, or cyber requirements
- 1 year working on multi-tenant platform products
