About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reimagine the status quo and identify value creation opportunities
- Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
- Apply the Capital One Product Framework across human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership dimensions
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
- Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
