About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business growth by growing first-time user conversion and monthly active users
- Own the holistic virtual card experience across web and mobile self-servicing channels
- Lead technology, user experience, go-to-market strategies, onboarding integration, product launches, and marketing content for virtual cards
- Develop and lead a high-performing product team
- Establish and implement a strategic roadmap to achieve key business outcomes
- Introduce tactics to optimize existing growth mechanisms and levers
- Partner with lines of business to embed virtual card functionality into broader product design and marketing lifecycles
- Demonstrate human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in user experience and growth product management preferred
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience driving first-time user conversion and monthly active user growth at scale within a large enterprise environment
