About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team within Cyber Security Governance and Risk
  • Coordinate and execute audit, regulatory, and executive engagements
  • Work with extended technical teams to manage and improve processes end to end
  • Apply the SLQ2CQ management framework based on Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma
  • Drive feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation, and closeout phases of projects
  • Apply project management methodologies and standards
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and current
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery
  • Influence teams toward common goals despite resource and time constraints
  • Create transparency and foster relationships with adjacent teams
  • Build team strategy and develop and lead associates toward top performance
  • Use financial systems and technology processes understanding
  • Establish metrics and use data to measure operational efficiency, team health, and partnership effectiveness
  • Challenge the status quo and operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 9 years of process, project, or program management experience
  • At least 7 years of people management experience
  • No new employment authorization or immigration-related sponsorship/support available
  • Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
  • Preferred: 10+ years of process, project, or program management experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of operations experience
  • Preferred: 8+ years of people management experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of learning and development experience
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
