About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create strategy and lead high priority projects for Capital One
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to influence company results
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs
- Provide strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports
- Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance
- Proactively manage risks and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 10 years of project management experience
- At least 4 Years of People Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree preferred
- 12+ years of project management experience preferred
- 5+ years of people management experience preferred
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
