Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead programs that deliver critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms
  • Drive architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of organizational objectives and key results
  • Improve scalability and system resilience across the Global Payment Network engineering lifecycle
  • Own complex technical dependencies and cross-functional engineering roadmaps
  • Deliver robust global financial infrastructure
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery
  • Grow and develop a team of Technical Program Managers and build the TPM practice
  • Simplify technical complexity and drive informed decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science
  • Drive execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
  • Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to deliver outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
  • Strong technical background, ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services
  • Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Experience as a TPM leader developing a team of TPMs and building the TPM practice
  • 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
  • 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably AWS
  • 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
  • 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs
  • Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) preferred
  • MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience preferred
