About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Network Strategy & Policy
  • Manage and strategically prioritize the SVP’s calendar, coordinating complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, transportation, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare, submit, and track Travel & Expense reports in compliance with company policies and financial guidelines
  • Plan and execute executive meetings, departmental events, leadership offsites, and team gatherings
  • Manage event logistics, vendor communication, custom ordering, catering menu selection, agenda distribution, and budget tracking
  • Act as liaison between the SVP, direct reports, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Draft, edit, and format documents, memos, and executive PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems, monitor key incoming communications, and handle sensitive confidential information
  • Maintain presence on site with the executive to develop and execute activities, including presence at several office sites in the geographic footprint

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting executive leadership
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience managing executive calendars, complex travel logistics, expense reporting, event coordination, and cross-functional communications
  • At least 1 year using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Associate Degree in Communications or a related discipline
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Preferred: 5+ years of end-to-end event planning, budget oversight, and vendor contract management experience
  • Preferred: 5+ years of travel booking, expense reconciliation, and workflow management experience
  • Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
