About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build new customer-facing products and platform services from the ground up across the front end, from data and APIs through customer experiences
Use modern AI tooling to prototype, generate, test, and ship features across multiple areas and surfaces
Partner with product, design, business, and external supply/partner contacts to translate business needs into technical solutions
Own solutions end-to-end
Lead a portfolio of fast-moving projects and help establish the engineering bar for a new team
Mentor others and raise standards for AI-accelerated delivery
Make pragmatic architecture decisions for systems that must scale quickly and reliably
Develop using JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Java, open-source frameworks, and RESTful web services
Work on cross-browser and cross-device development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply
At least 3 years of experience developing applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte)
Experience shipping projects end-to-end with AI across the whole build cycle
Experience launching new features at scale in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
Ability to own business and partner relationships
Proficiency with JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Java, open-source frameworks, RESTful web services, and cross-browser/cross-device development
Preferred: 4+ years of experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
Preferred: 4+ years of experience with modern web frameworks, HTML, and CSS
Preferred: automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright, and web performance tuning
Preferred: scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries
Preferred: comprehensive automated testing
Preferred: client Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), GraphQL, and gRPC/Protobuf
Preferred: micro frontend (MFE) architectures or federated architectural patterns
Preferred: metrics-driven canary release and feature flag strategies
Preferred: agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflow patterns
