Key responsibilities & impact

Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HRTech innovations for enterprise-scale HR processes and global associate experiences
Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows for complex HR capabilities
Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to implement secure, compliant, and well-managed AI workflows
Lead diverse technology projects and developer teams building distributed microservices and full-stack systems
Stay current with technology trends, experiment with emerging technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor engineers
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
Use Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set standards for AI-enabled full-stack application design, development, and operations
Define service boundaries, integration patterns, AI agent execution environments, and reusable frameworks with architects
Identify improvements, perform targeted refactoring, reduce technical debt, and enhance system performance
Influence long-term technology strategy through evaluation of emerging tools and practices in a you-build-it-you-own-it environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply)
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
No employer-sponsored immigration or work authorization support available for new applicants
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred: 7+ years of coding experience with more than two of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or Go
Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies
Preferred: 3+ years of experience with databases and database management systems
Preferred: 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks
Preferred: 4+ years creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs
Preferred: 3+ years with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks
Experience with interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
Experience with modern AI-based coding tools and IDE copilots
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts or large-scale technical initiatives
Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards and design patterns across teams
Experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, or embedding-based search
Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
Experience with agentic or multi-step LLM pipeline design using LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
Experience deploying enterprise-grade, secure, and privacy-compliant LLM or AI agent applications at scale
