About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HRTech innovations for enterprise-scale HR processes and global associate experiences
Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows for complex HR capabilities
Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to implement secure, compliant, and well-managed AI capabilities and workflows
Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems
Stay current with technology trends, experiment with emerging technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor engineers
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
Use Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, open-source relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set standards for AI-enabled full-stack application design, development, and operations
Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, AI agent execution environments, and reusable frameworks
Identify improvement opportunities through refactoring, technical-debt reduction, and performance enhancement
Influence long-term technology strategy through evaluation of emerging tools and practices in a you-build-it-you-own-it environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering; internship experience does not apply
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
No employer-sponsored employment authorization or immigration-related support is available for new applicants
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred: 7+ years of experience coding with more than two of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or Go
Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
Preferred: 3+ years of experience with databases and database management systems
Preferred: 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks
Preferred: 4+ years creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs
Preferred: 3+ years with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks
Experience with interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
Experience with modern AI-based coding tools and IDE copilots
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts or large-scale technical initiatives
Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards and design patterns across teams
Experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, or embedding-based search
Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
Experience designing agentic or multi-step LLM pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
Experience deploying enterprise-grade, secure, and privacy-compliant LLM or AI agent applications at scale
