About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value propositions and strategies
- Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
- Communicate across teams, product owners, stakeholders, and business partners to influence solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with HR partners to redesign business processes
- Research, test, and stay current on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities
- Build and maintain thorough system implementation documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for business and technical questions about system operation
- Provide Workday production support by troubleshooting, testing, and resolving issues with the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Performance Management
- At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
- At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Workday or Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Performance Management
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
- At least 1 year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
