Key responsibilities & impact

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Continuously improve software engineering practices
Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
Stay current with technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor engineers
Encourage innovation, cutting-edge technology adoption, inclusion, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions connecting enterprise applications, including Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud services
Serve as a senior technical authority for integration design, automation, and system interoperability across platforms and business domains
Lead development of reusable integration frameworks, libraries, and patterns
Partner with enterprise architects to define integration architecture standards and evaluate emerging connectivity technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics)
At least 6 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations
At least 5 years of experience developing or supporting API-based integrations using scripting or orchestration tools (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, MuleSoft)
At least 4 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows
At least 1 year of experience implementing monitoring, observability, and automated remediation for integration reliability and performance
No employer-sponsored immigration or work authorization support available for new applicants
Preferred: 1+ years influencing integration strategy and architecture
Preferred: 7+ years in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred: 8+ years with deployment tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory)
Preferred: 4+ years in Agile practices
Preferred: 8+ years designing and optimizing enterprise-scale integration solutions
Experience mentoring senior engineers or leading cross-functional technical initiatives
Experience managing vendor relationships or cross-functional teams supporting integration or automation platforms
