Key responsibilities & impact

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Continuously improve software engineering practices
Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
Stay current on technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor other engineers
Encourage innovation, cutting-edge technology implementation, inclusion, outside-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions connecting enterprise applications, including Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud services
Lead complex, enterprise-scale integrations across multiple systems, data sources, and platforms
Serve as technical integration lead for major initiatives, partnering with software, data, and infrastructure teams
Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations
At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows
5+ years of experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
3+ years of experience developing or supporting API-based integrations using scripting or orchestration tools (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, MuleSoft) (preferred)
5+ years of experience with deployment tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory) (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
Experience managing identity and access within systems (preferred)
5+ years of experience implementing large-scale integration solutions or data pipelines in cloud environments (preferred)
Experience developing integration frameworks or reusable components used across multiple teams or applications (preferred)
Experience collaborating with enterprise architects to define integration reference architectures (preferred)
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog) (preferred)
