About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and maintain the Marketing website using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.css, focusing on performance and scalability
Partner with design to implement polished, pixel-perfect UI components
Integrate third-party services including analytics, CMS, Marketo Forms, and A/B testing tools
Establish and maintain reliable, fast staging and production deployments
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign and product goals into technical solutions
Drive Core Web Vitals scores, SEO best practices, and web accessibility across all pages
Govern and continuously optimize development and operations workflows, including branching strategies, release processes, and incident response time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering; internship experience does not apply
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
Demonstrated understanding of React and Next JS, including App Router, server components, and SSG/SSR strategies
Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and responsive/accessible components
Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms and third-party APIs
Experience working directly with Marketing and design stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
3+ years of experience with Contentful CMS
Experience with design systems, Figma, and ShadCn UI
