Key responsibilities & impact

Drive current and future strategy through analytical skills
Build and use models to test and validate data
Work with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments
Leverage analytics to improve customer experience
Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts
Participate in the full life cycle of projects
Collaborate across business units
Mine data to identify crucial organizational information
Implement process, data, and reporting improvements
Work with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records
Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and tests
Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings
Consult on the design and implementation of production and data storage systems
Develop and implement strategic tests for products, initiatives, and marketing materials

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics; required degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
At least 4 years of experience performing programming
Preferred: Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline
Preferred: At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in people management
Preferred: At least 1 year of project management experience
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in Tableau
Preferred: Proficiency utilizing and developing within AWS services
Strong problem-solving and conceptual-thinking abilities
Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects independently and in teams
Business Intelligence background strongly encouraged
