About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Refine and evolve people analytics frameworks and data standards
Plan and execute high-priority data projects and manage end-to-end deliverables
Research, identify, and prototype next-generation AI and automation tools
Develop analyses and tools to recruit, retain, and develop talent
Design frameworks for evaluating workforce program success
Identify opportunities to transform the associate experience and improve HR tools and processes
Establish direction for new data assets, data features, and self-service tools
Develop AI solutions and data products to automate insights
Partner with clients to design innovative AI-first data solutions for workforce priorities
Analyze internal and external workforce data and extract insights for data-driven decisions
Develop and test hypotheses, design solutions, assess feasibility, support implementation, and monitor outcomes
Collaborate with team members and HR clients
Communicate insights clearly through written, oral, and visualization skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics; required degree expected by scheduled start date
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
At least 4 years of experience performing programming
Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline preferred
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience preferred
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQL preferred
At least 1 year of experience in people management preferred
At least 1 year of project management experience preferred
At least 1 year of experience in Tableau preferred
Proficiency utilizing and developing within AWS services preferred
At least 2 years of experience building dashboards and self-service data tools for business stakeholders preferred
