Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a dedicated finance business partner advising Enterprise Product and Tech leadership on strategic decisions
Own monthly actuals and outlook processes
Build sustainable and efficient financial frameworks
Serve as a work lead for junior team members
Coach, mentor, and develop talent
Manage, prioritize, and delegate project workflows
Own budget and forecast accuracy
Build end-to-end financial forecasting processes
Explain cost drivers, monthly variances, and annual financial trajectories
Analyze complex financial results and create executive-ready presentations
Translate financial results into business-priority insights to influence leadership
Build financial models and assess the financial implications of corporate actions
Provide financial leadership across Tech Finance and partner ecosystems
Create sustainable financial processes and lead ad-hoc financial analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis
At least 5 years of experience with financial modeling
At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning function
At least 1 year of people management experience
High personal and professional integrity
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong business sense and strategic thinking
Ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex financial concepts into digestible insights
Ability to present data-backed recommendations to senior audiences
Ability to collaborate, manage work through others, and mentor team members
