Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex operational initiatives spanning process improvement, reporting and insights, technology enablement, and scalable business solutions
Partner with operational teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable recommendations and practical solutions
Use data, process knowledge, and stakeholder input to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities
Determine appropriate solutions, including process improvements, reporting and dashboards, digital tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enablement strategies
Develop reusable and scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency
Support reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical solutions that improve visibility and decision-making
Partner across Process Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Technology, Product, Risk, and Operations through implementation and adoption
Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical operational applications
Establish structure, prioritization, governance, and controls for sustainable solutions
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders and senior leaders
Communicate recommendations, risks, progress, decisions, and business outcomes clearly and concisely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Process Management, Risk Management, or Business Analysis
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
At least 1 year of experience using Google AI tools
At least 5 years of experience in Process Management preferred
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Technology Enablement preferred
Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred
