About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution within the Bank Modernization organization, specifically focused on API Abstraction
Partner with architecture, engineering, and product leads across critical data consumers, including the Mobile App and AML models
Build future platforms powering real-time, intelligent capabilities
Own feature prioritization and sprint delivery
Balance foundational platform investments with near-term business impact
Monitor platform success metrics, system resilience, and developer adoption
Use technical fluency in REST, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud to drive scalable target-state decoupling
Design intuitive API capabilities that drive Data Product adoption
Drive horizontal alignment across cross-functional teams without direct line authority
Influence stakeholders to adopt standardized data through trusted relationships and joint roadmaps
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership product management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred
