About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product strategy and execution for Capital One's sensitive data ecosystem
- Enable lines of business to build, train, and deploy advanced ML and Generative AI models safely
- Build enterprise-grade intelligence capabilities spanning distributed compute technologies, control plane operations, and cost management
- Support data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers driving major AI/ML platforms
- Solve complex technical and operational challenges at the intersection of product, platform engineering, risk, and security
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, rigorous governance, and safe, scalable delivery of intelligent customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational alignment, and mitigate product risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is obtaining by the scheduled start date, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience in AI/ML, machine learning engineering, or generative AI development environments
- Experience supporting data scientists and developers building complex models
- Experience building environments or platform tools under strict regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security frameworks
