About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop comprehensive strategies across core Discover Card Site pages
  • Leverage customer learnings and innovative approaches, including personalization, to optimize the shopping experience
  • Execute innovative tests and full-scale site rollouts to improve the customer journey
  • Manage strategies end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
  • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
