About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and build key elements for creating and scaling Card Data Products
- Understand the needs of data producers and consumers across the Card line of business
- Develop products and enable experiences with horizontal impact at scale
- Define how data assets should be built
- Leverage AI to automate and accelerate the Card data product journey
- Reimagine product solutions around internal and external customer needs
- Deliver outcomes through leverage and execution excellence
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions
- Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
- Must not require new employment-authorization sponsorship from Capital One
