About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the future of digital experiences within the Consumer & Developer Experience team
- Build foundational capabilities for enterprise consumer products
- Improve software creation and operation through developer experience initiatives
- Drive long-term product strategy and AI integration
- Support enterprise execution through risk management and supplier platforms
- Reimagine and innovate product solutions around internal and external customer needs
- Deliver outcomes through business-focused product strategy and execution
- Leverage technology to create innovative and resilient solutions
- Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
