Key responsibilities & impact

Shape CreditWise product strategy
Develop intent and build and deliver the product roadmap
Deliver new features that deepen customer engagement and encourage repeat use
Build tools for identity monitoring, credit improvement, and managing customers’ full financial picture
Work closely with business analysts, engineers, Legal/Risk/Compliance, UX design and research partners, credit reporting agencies, and Capital One stakeholders
Ensure users can access CreditWise tools and information
Lead product development across multiple web and mobile applications
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership practices

What you’ll need

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Quantitative field may include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred
Must be able to work in one of the listed U.S. locations
