About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the future of decisioning at Capital One
- Help build a unified platform for decisioning capabilities across the company
- Enable teams to author, host, manage, execute, and audit decisioning logic through a modern workflow
- Bridge stakeholder strategy and engineering execution
- Translate complex organizational needs into a high-impact roadmap for a dedicated engineering squad
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational-leadership product management practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
