About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the vision and roadmap of the product experience within the Audit Compass application
Modernize internal audit workflows with full-stack engineering teams and UI/UX designers
Surface critical, real-time insights for auditors throughout the audit lifecycle
Build foundational AI-assisted auditing experiences
Understand and build complex data pipelines
Build foundational AI capabilities for audit engineering
Collaborate with technology teams to create acceptance criteria and identify research needs
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward MVP feature tests
Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to validate business needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while following risk-management processes and procedures
Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Deliver product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
Participate in horizontal forums and build relationships with technology teams, designers, stakeholders, and partner teams
Articulate product roadmaps to deliver business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
