Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive strategy and execute high-priority projects for Capital One’s Partnerships Tech and Operations team
  • Engage with leaders across U.S. Card, supporting Lines of Business, and external partners
  • Develop, drive, and deliver technical and operational intent
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to accelerate project and program efforts
  • Influence senior leadership decisions through presentations and strategic communications
  • Prioritize high-value initiatives and ensure flawless execution
  • Lead and manage moderate to large complex projects and programs
  • Design project plans and adapt to changing requirements
  • Balance scope, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time
  • Solve problems across technical, operational, process, and partner-facing domains
  • Review and improve processes, driving scale, optimization, and automation
  • Share learnings and develop data-driven solutions to optimize customer experience
  • Provide operations support and well-managed oversight across the Card Partnerships business
  • Contribute to technical conversations and use technology to generate solutions and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Relationship Management experience
  • No new employment authorization sponsorship or immigration-related support
  • Preferred: Masters Degree or MBA
  • Preferred: 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of People Management experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of Relationship Management experience
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
  • Preferred: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
