About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate organizational priorities and requirements into actionable plans, milestones, and operating rhythms
  • Establish mechanisms to track commitments and provide leaders visibility into progress, upcoming requirements, and areas requiring attention
  • Coordinate critical enterprise and regulatory reporting requirements, with accountability for deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Develop decision-oriented updates for senior leaders covering priorities, progress, emerging issues, commitments, and intervention areas
  • Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop solutions to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Build relationships across Enterprise Services Management, Risk, and partner organizations
  • Identify connections, dependencies, and competing priorities and drive alignment
  • Develop internal communications connecting associates to organizational priorities, decisions, and progress
  • Partner with leaders on timely, audience-appropriate communications that drive understanding and action
  • Establish practices, forums, and ways of working that build a connected and effective organization
  • Create opportunities for collaboration, engagement, recognition, and shared identity
  • Evaluate work processes and design tools, processes, and approaches that improve simplicity and effectiveness
  • Adapt processes as priorities and requirements evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Process Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or related experience
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, requirements, and deadlines
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across teams and organizational levels
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure where processes or solutions may not exist
  • Strong judgment, curiosity, and ability to translate business context into action
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and develop practical and creative solutions
  • Strategic thinking combined with willingness to manage execution details
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to broader team success

  • Preferred experience establishing new processes, operating rhythms, or ways of working in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred experience managing complex initiatives across multiple teams, functions, or stakeholder groups
  • Preferred experience working across Product, Risk, Technology, or other complex cross-functional organizations
