About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple program/project deliveries impacting Digital Platforms, including new partner launches and network improvements
Deliver programs across discovery/portfolio tracking, project tracking and execution, governance, and related activities
Own end-to-end initiative management from the Manage phase onward, including handoff from Portfolio Management and requirements completion
Monitor and manage critical paths, plan contingencies, facilitate scope changes, and control resource expenditure
Manage communications and stakeholder engagement, including progress reporting, escalations, and impediment resolution
Identify insights and improvements based on execution learnings
Build and maintain relationships with partner teams across the Network
Manage complex technical interdependencies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
Mitigate execution risks to ensure seamless deployment
Facilitate PMO routines such as status huddles, decision forums, and leadership reviews
Drive adherence to standard artifact templates for data transparency and regulatory compliance
Identify Jira tagging/reporting issues and troubleshoot access, data entry, and Jira reconciliation across product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Master’s degree or advanced certifications (CSM, CPO, SAFE) preferred
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred
2+ years of experience in Program, Portfolio or Product Management preferred
2+ years of experience in Financial Services preferred
2+ years of experience in the Consumer Credit Card industry preferred
