Key responsibilities & impact

Lead CEMP research operations in developing and delivering research and surveys capturing customer feedback at important moments in the customer journey
Lead and manage multiple complex projects supporting strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain business requirements and delivery execution plans
Track progress against timelines and delivery risks
Develop communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed
Manage stakeholder expectations and remove blockers
Lead delivery preparation meetings with technology, line-of-business, and vendor partners
Create and maintain system documentation representing processes
Champion well-managed processes and organize documentation for partners
Facilitate meetings, distribute follow-ups, and develop slide presentations
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Simplify technically complex issues and drive informed decisions across partner teams
Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to deliver results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
At least six years experience in Process or Project Management
1+ year of people management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Familiarity with SQL and Jira
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
Background in market research and survey design
Ability to work at the designated office location in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid policy
