About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and drive day-to-day operational processes of Smart Step-Up, tracking partner milestones across intake, development, testing, and launch
Maintain traceability inside and outside of Customer Identity, including operational status updates, milestone tracking, and execution metrics
Field inbound requests and inquiries from LOB partners and advise on appropriate identity solutions and integration patterns
Collaborate with product and technology partners to align designs and implementation plans across domains
Maintain and refine standardized operating models, intake templates, and KPI tracking dashboards
Partner with Architecture and Engineering on release planning and sprint tracking, ensuring partner readiness aligns with deployment schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 Years of Process or Project Management experience
PMP Certification
Masters degree or MBA
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or comparable PM systems
5+ years of experience of process or project management
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industry
Experience building governance frameworks and dashboards
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management
