Key responsibilities & impact

Develop forward-looking workforce strategy plans to adapt the workforce for the future
Advise leaders on shifting staffing mix to achieve technology goals and maximize efficient, empowered AI-driven teams
Partner with engineering leaders and Chiefs of Staff across Bank Tech
Build relationships and influence stakeholders across the company
Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to customers and cross-functional teams
Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to align execution with business intent
Communicate through oral, written, and presentation formats across diverse teams and organizational levels
Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining delivery momentum
Identify gaps and take initiative with minimal oversight
Optimize internal processes and operational workflows
Balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day tactical delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in project management, process management, or program management
At least 2 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
At least 2 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence preferred
2+ years of experience in strategy development preferred
2+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy preferred
