About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, manage, and execute end-to-end technical compliance workstreams, including Vulnerability Management, Cloud Compliance, End-of-Life Software, and Exception renewals
Ensure compliance workstreams align with established Service Level Agreements and defined priorities
Serve as strategic partner, intake liaison, and “Front Door” for engineering teams
Reduce administrative friction and identify opportunities to streamline business and technology processes through self-service resources and job aids
Track Cyber and Technology Risk metrics and maintain key project documentation
Identify trends and mitigate or escalate potential compliance risks before they affect delivery timelines
Champion Generative AI and intelligent automation to streamline routine activities and reduce manual spreadsheet dependency
Build collaborative relationships with Cyber, Risk, and Technology leaders
Embed well-managed practices into Bank Tech leadership cadence and delivery reviews
Use Agile and Jira frameworks to manage project plans and establish standardized playbooks
Use automated dashboards and data collection mechanisms to provide actionable risk visibility to engineering towers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of Jira experience
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet/exceed rigorous goals and objectives
Ability to work independently and as a team contributor
Passion for Technology and Cyber Compliance and Risk Management
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
At least 7 years of Project Management experience driving cross-functional technology initiatives preferred
At least 3 years of Process Management experience preferred
At least 3 years of Risk Management experience preferred
At least 3 years of Relationship Management experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Technology Governance, Vulnerability Management, or Cloud Compliance environments preferred
