About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and consult with Vertical Risk Managers, Well-Managed Teams, and Business Partners on process innovation across Network L2s
Highlight and communicate areas of risk exposure to leadership
Manage, implement, and deliver key program deliverables and horizontal processes
Coordinate across Business, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams
Drive strategy and program execution across L2 hierarchy and ontology, Legal Library, and Governed Document programs
Serve as a strategic partner to the business during transformation
Drive strategy and execution on complex program design for the Global Payment Network
Establish robust governance, control, and process excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of financial services risk management experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
No employer sponsorship or immigration-related support for employment authorization
Preferred: 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in risk
Preferred: 5+ years of financial services risk management experience
Preferred: Experience supporting payments or integration efforts
