About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead risk, governance, and compliance management activities for High Priority Data, including High Priority Usages, Data Products, and Authoritative Sources
  • Partner with data producers and consumers to drive timely data management, compliance, and governance activities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable routines, procedures, and repeatable processes for consistent enterprise HPU risk management
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve Card data management controls
  • Drive the process to evaluate control effectiveness in adherence with methodology
  • Maintain a strategic view of the control environment while driving enhancements
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Deliver key results and metrics across data management focus areas
  • Partner with Card business teams and eData on data management tooling options

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first or second line Risk Management experience supporting financial services, cyber, technology, or data management
  • At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk
  • Preferred: 5+ years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first or second line Risk Management experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data
  • Preferred: Professional certifications within risk management and/or assurance, including Certified Risk Management Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, CRMA, or CRCM
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
