Key responsibilities & impact

Execute international regulatory reporting and complex global exams for the Global Payment Network, including major international audits
Drive post-exam insights into continuous, systemic control enhancements
Manage international change management frameworks to comply with shifting international laws
Participate in country entrances and exits in line with business strategy
Deploy a unified regulatory engagement model with operational guardrails and centralized oversight
Coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams
Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build enabling environments globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
Preferred: at least 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk
Preferred: at least 3 years of Financial Services risk management experience
Preferred: PMP Certification or Master's Certificate in Project Management (CPM)
Experience setting direction, managing expectations, and leading cross-functional teams
