Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative strategy/analytics role
  • Track record of translating analysis into implemented business strategies
  • Strong quantitative orientation
  • Ability to pair conceptual thinking with analytical rigour to solve complex, unstructured problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic narratives
  • Ability to build alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end
  • Experience guiding cross-functional partners
  • Experience fostering shared accountability and an inclusive team environment
  • Degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline or equivalent practical experience is nice to have
  • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
