About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a pod of Workfront system administrators and Workfront Fusion developers focused on LOB-specific administration, systemwide governance, platform automation, and integrations with other Capital One platforms
Enable direct reports to effectively and autonomously manage responsibilities within their scope areas
Execute feature rollouts and improvements in Workfront Workflow aligned with Capital One’s highest priorities
Prioritize and organize Fusion Development capacity against highest-value initiatives
Intake, triage, and route support requests from the Group Admin community
Prioritize and support Workfront governance initiatives
Lead performance management activities for direct reports
Establish and lead working rhythms with direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 4 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator supporting 300+ users
At least 2 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion Developer
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
Experience working for a financial services organization or within a regulated industry
Experience implementing Adobe Workfront or Adobe Workfront Fusion as a consultant
Experience building and/or maintaining enterprise data taxonomies
Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert certification
Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional certification
