Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coach the Branch Ambassador team to create amazing interactions and cultivate an inclusive culture
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle complex customer escalations

  • Empower Ambassadors to think independently and take ownership of branch operations
  • Maintain a pristine branch environment and advocate for Capital One’s values
  • Manage an average of 1–3 branches, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Manage talent and resources effectively and respond to customer feedback
  • Coach teams in de-escalation, critical thinking, and resourceful problem-solving
  • Coach customers through mobile and online banking experiences
  • Leverage emerging technology such as AI and GEMS to streamline processes
  • Champion volunteerism and guide community engagement with local organizations, nonprofits, and charities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience
  • At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of People Management experience (Preferred Qualifications)
