About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, community-focused experience
Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
Work changing schedules, including nights and weekends
Attend required training sessions
Complete a potential 35-minute assessment during the application process

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
Regular and consistent attendance
Preferred: Associate’s degree
Preferred: 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
Preferred: Proficient in G-Suite
Preferred: Strong written and oral communication skills
Applicants must be able to work in the United States without new employment authorization sponsorship
