About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, design, and execute complex, multi-workstream digital and OOH marketing project plans from Go-to-Market through final deployment
  • Ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Drive project execution based on defined priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical blockers
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to provide tactical direction and strategic thought partnership
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, expectations, communication, and outcomes
  • Facilitate creative assets through Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews
  • Manage campaign creative development and execution for owned channels and paid media campaigns
  • Develop socialization calendars and secure stakeholder approvals
  • Organize and maintain campaign artifacts for audit
  • Coordinate, lead, and document project milestones including kick-offs, stand-ups, timelines, and retrospectives
  • Own weekly status reporting and translate project updates into concise summaries
  • Maintain and scale team resources, process maps, and standard operating templates
  • Lead external agency relationships to maintain Cafe Local Listing presence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 years of Program or Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing WorkFront
  • At least 3 years of agency relationship management experience
  • At least 1 year of Paid Digital experience
  • Project or program management experience collaborating across broad groups of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep projects or programs on track and problem solve in real-time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across varying functional groups and levels
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement change impacting teams outside current scope
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Preferred: PMP certification
  • Preferred: 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience leading projects across cross-functional teams
