About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the creation, review, and publication of Capital Plan Narrative and Supporting Documentation chapters for the annual Stress Test submission
  • Drive documentation strategy proposals, analyze and refine chapter content, and ensure consistency across CCAR documentation
  • Lead periodic renewal, governance, and updates for Stress Testing Policies and Procedures
  • Support regulatory reviews by facilitating and tracking regulatory requests, compiling and refining responses, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Develop, coordinate, and drive CCAR-wide enhancement agendas and project tracking across functional teams
  • Manage the Workiva Workspace, including user access control and training chapter owners and administrators
  • Evaluate and enhance processes to streamline work and contribute to department-wide automation agendas
  • Work cross-functionally with financial analysts, project managers, and stakeholders across Capital One

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, or a combination
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in project or risk management
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the banking industry or an equivalent financial services firm
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience working with complex documentation or regulatory reports
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience in bank stress testing, interest rate risk, or liquidity risk management practices or regulations
  • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
