About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with communications and business stakeholders to translate objectives, audience needs, and creative opportunities into multimedia and visual storytelling strategies
- Consult on creative approaches based on business priorities, audience needs, channel strategy, and creative best practices
- Develop and present creative concepts balancing creativity, business needs, brand standards, and associate experience
- Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of graphic design, digital assets, presentations, templates, and other visual content
- Prepare and manage video and audio shoots, coaching executives and participants on camera
- Manage external creative and production partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget expectations
- Analyze multimedia performance metrics, audience behaviors, and feedback
- Synthesize data and insights into recommendations and visualizations
- Establish and evolve measures of success for multimedia content and continuously improve creative strategy and audience impact
- Ensure multimedia and visual assets meet standards for quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and effectiveness
- Develop understanding of Card business strategy and communications priorities, identify storytelling opportunities, and share creative expertise and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3–5 years of experience in video and graphic design production in a corporate, agency, or production firm environment
- At least 2 years of experience with in-person and remote video/audio concept development and production
- At least 2 years of experience in the Adobe suite, including video/audio editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Adobe Audition
- Strong portfolio showcasing video/audio work
- Comfortable working in a corporate environment and able to work quickly under tight deadlines
