About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day execution, annual strategy, and iteration of a Product College program
- Ensure a high-quality, associate-centric experience across the learner journey
- Identify, brief, and integrate executive product speakers, subject matter experts, and facilitators into the curriculum
- Maintain relationships with accountable executives and key stakeholders
- Analyze surveys and conduct retrospective meetings to measure impact and identify improvements
- Coordinate with data teams, consultants, and instructional designers to implement curriculum enhancements
- Manage program budgets and external vendor relationships
- Track learner data and distribution lists
- Coordinate virtual and in-person logistics across multiple locations
- Host and produce live learning sessions, including facilitator preparation, Zoom recordings, attendance tracking, and materials archiving
- Manage program communications via Slack and email
- Drive program awareness and marketing within the Capital One product community and onboarding teams
- Design, build, and implement scalable processes for reliable program delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
- At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management, or a combination
- At least 1 year of consulting experience
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in learning and development
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
- Preferred: 2+ years of consulting experience
- Preferred: Process or Project Management Certification
