About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with key program stakeholders to execute signature Students & Grads Program events, including Experience Weeks, Onboarding, and Graduation
- Provide event and logistics support for fun events, catering, swag, hotel room blocks, and related services
- Manage program budgets through regular tracking, forecasting, and auditing
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and coaching
- Coordinate ongoing campus hire and internship trainings and communications
- Manage program communications through Team calendar, Google Site, mailbox, newsletter, and Slack
- Build and own relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Maintain Google Drives and Google Sites spaces
- Escalate issues to ensure efficient resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or project management preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite preferred
- Experience working in an agile environment preferred
