Key responsibilities & impact

Lead large- and small-scale projects with direct company impact
Drive projects according to priorities, ensuring deliverable scope, timelines and budgets are met
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues
Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
Apply problem-solving skills and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
Build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver commitments
Improve and streamline business processes
Establish structure for managing project work
Communicate with, manage, inform, and influence stakeholders across all levels
Adapt to changing demands and collaborate across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
Master’s Degree (preferred)
4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
